At the height of the controversy surrounding the melamine-milk scandal in China where around 50,000 children are already affected, the chief quality supervisor of the country made the bold move of resigning.  An act that should teach a lesson or two to our local executives in the midst of failures in governance.  In our shores, the scare is also on as we’re heavy on importing from China.  Authorities are still in the search for milk formulas that are possibly laced with the deadly chemical.
